Jesse began her journey into holistic health in 2010 while finishing her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. After spending most of her college/graduate school life as an over-exerciser and recovering from an eating disorder, she began to look for alternative ways to manage stress and anxiety.

Jesse worked as an outpatient orthopedic therapist for 9 years where her focus is on assisting clients regain function after an orthopedic surgery or injury. Jesse continues to explore alternative treatment techniques to best assist her clients in their healing journey. She is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist and completed her SomatoEmotional Release training in 2025, both through Upledger Institute. In 2021 she completed her doula and prenatal yoga training while pregnant with her son. During her pregnancy and noticed some shifts in her body and felt as though she was able to tune into her babies more easily with the gained knowledge from her doula training as well as her work in Craniosacral therapy. In 2024, she completed her Craniosacral training for Preconception, Pregnancy & Infancy and is passionate about assisting families on this journey.

Jesse is also very passionate about supporting patients with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and associated syndromes on this spectrum. She has been attending the Global Ehlers Danlos Conference with Silver Ring Splint Company since 2015 where she supports, sizes, and recommends splints to attendees. Jesse is able to size at her practice for those who are intersted in hand support and is passionate about supporting her patients on their journey. She has also completed Taming the Zebra with Heather Purdin to improve her clinical skills in treating patients with EDS/HSD.

She also values the importance of functional movement patterns, regaining active mobility in the body, and empowering her clients to begin to learn more about how their bodies function. She is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Systems, She has been practicing yoga sine 2010 and completed her 200hr YTT in 2014 in Trondheim, Norway in 2014. Since she has also completed prenatal and restorative yoga certifications . She is passionate about sharing anatomy in regards to all movement-based activities and loves to provide educational seminars to business across Columbus, including 5 yoga teacher training programs where she was provided the anatomy and posture adjustment components to new yoga instructors.

She believes that a holistic approach to healing should include physical, emotional, psychological and energetic focus. She finds that her knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics as a therapist blends seamlessly with the teachings and ideas of craniosacral therapy. These skills together allow her to provide a well rounded approach to the care she provides.  Jesse prides herself on maintaining a passion for learning, professional growth and exploring the many benefits that body awareness, strength training, restorative practices and craniosacral therapy have to offer.
